Are those round balls or pellets from the top?
Walk quietly, but carry a big stick.

This was made by one of a couple of people a few years ago, They did these big bore pistols,
Hidayat has shot sheep and from memory cattle with this beast of a pistol.

The materials that are avaialable to make these tend to make them look similar, but as you notice the breech is quite different.
Yes, he was shooting round balls through that Pete.

I did make him the grips though.

Very interesting!
Where might a person be able to acquire such a pcp pistol?
I’m thinking for euthanasing trapped animals, so it wouldn’t need to be sheep or cow power, but enough to deal with a possum or feral cat.

I used to use a crossman co2 powered .22 pistol, it was fine for rats, hedgehogs, ferrets, and possums, but its power was marginal for feral cats.
Also I hate the idea of single use disposable co2 cartridges, which invariably leak over the few days inbetween needing to use the pistol.
A full size pcp rifle does the job, but a pistol would be much easier to carry around.

From memory it was a Wingman build?
I remember it from the other forum, pretty accurate with round balls, and plenty of power.
J S Airguns

Theoben Sirocco

FWB 300s
Webley Patriot
One or two others...
