Anyone else using these pellets. They are the only ones that drop Mynahs at 25yrds, from my 15ftlbs Cometa, with awesome regularity. Hit almost anywhere and they drop, a few flaps and gasps and they expire, usually with loads of blood loss.

Nothing else I have tried are as accurate and lethal on Mynahs. The Hornets are good but not reliably accurate in my gun, which is only average power certainly no magnum.  At $15 for 200 they are not cheap but they are killers. The point penetrates those feathers really well.

Love these pellets in my 22 hi powered pcp rifles n pistols, they very distructive due to nose shape,
the nose shape is exact copy of a 9mm full metal sub machine gun bullet developed in 1980s to get
around international rules over expanding military bullets by phillipines from memory, nose shape deliberatly designed to force flesh away violently from nose to creat one very nasty wound, they do exactly
the same in airguns, and higher velovity the more destructive they become.
come in two different nose diameters,to get tpo accuracy you need find the diameter that fits your barrel
correctly, they can be very accuate if rifle likes them in my experience.
 Cheers Mike

My old air arms s410 pcp rifle loves these pellets n has killed hundreds mynas with them n lot rabbits
possums as well.Allso found polymag preditors awesume on mynas n polymags dont blow holes in the roof
eh!!lol.Bth can be very destructive once velocitys get up over 700fps,my s410 driving both st around 830
fps so proberly bit more destructive than your rifle with both pellets on mynas, but any dead mynas a good
one, they the only animal i love killing, cant shoot nuf them, they real menace to native birds, once i started
killing them round here the fan tail n tui population increased considerably around here an continues to
 increase too.

Interesting, I stopped using the pointed pellets as I noticed they from my springer they drop quite a bit more than a rounded pellet at 30+ M. I did that test before I had a chrony, maybe have to try again to see how much more velocity they lose than a rounded pellet.

The rounded one seem to have no problem penetrating a hare, I don't shoot many birds, just a few magpies.

Yeah they are not really for long ranges unless you have heaps of power. The Ballistic Coefficient is .017 And JSBs are .031 so they do drop like a rock over 25m with my gun. But they get through a mass of feathers much better at shorter ranges. JSBs can bounce off mynahs. For rabbits etc they have no advantage.

Spitz chrono @ 830 out my 24fpe air arms pcp, bout same other 16gr pellets, but do seem lose velocity
bit qiucker, prob due to nose shape,as i normally only use them for spotlighting possums in trees, dosnt
really matter, think they bit a specialised pellet, not good all rounder, cant really beat good domed pellets
in my experience for accuracy and good all round hunting performance.
