Sick man! They must be a lot of fun to shoot. I bet they explode wouldn’t they?
I’d like to be able to shoot my old matchbox cars to make them look like they’ve been in a crash/war zone shoot out. But can’t really put them on the range I shoot st I don’t believe. |

Try the messaging now. I boosted your "points" to 40 which should bypass the anti spam point requirements.
You seem legit.

Lol. Cheers Paul. You met me last year. I bought you a coffee when you kindly gave me some of your time to give advice on pcp rifles 🙂

![]() All set to test out some targets - closest is 10m next is 15, then 20 with the last ones at 30. Keen to see what the 30cal can do to the plaster of paris ones at 20m Edited by -Ec - 10 Feb 2026 at 9:29am |

So ... the closest target was a bit of a a fail - hitting any of the "hanging" disks tangled them up so they did not "reset" though they did survive hits from the 30 cal. The spinner on the right side is fine and coped OK with hits from the 30 cal. The 30 cal vaporised a "soldiers" at 15m though did leave the feet intact that can be used as a much smaller target. The 22 left both the feet and head intact so I got two smaller targets for that one. The large "Lego man" left 3 smaller pieces after being hit by the 30 cal and the gnome 2 so not too bad. the smaller bits are more of a challenge to hit. The spinner at 20m is good though one of the targets is a bit bent after a hit on the top of the disk where it joins the hanger. Overall a success. |

What a cool set up. I’m officially jealous of the yard size to be able to sent that up. Wish I could buy a strip of land just to plink in
