Hi Nunga,

I’m not much a field target shooter, but I wouldn’t mind giving it a go… 👍🏻
Do you know if this event is open to newbies? If I was to shoot, it would be purely for fun and just for the experiance for me.

From what i understand pete you can shoot but your score will not count if you are not a member of a club. I will confirm this later and get back to you.

Pete, yes you can shoot. It would be best if you could come to a shoot before the nats so you can get familiar with the rules and how things work. We are having a club shoot this sunday. You are more than welcome to come and take a look. just ask for Alex or myself and you will be well taken care of.

Paul, you should come. it would be good to catch up with you again, its been a while.

Hi Nunga,
What time does things kick off on Saturday and Sunday?
I might pop in just to say hi and see what’s going on, watch some pro shooters in action 😉

Shooting starts at 10am. should be all done by 3pm ish... maybe a little later if there are delays due to target problems or if there is a shoot off. Ive booked a motel down there so i will be there both days.

Saturday is Spring gun. Sunday PCP.

All are welcome.

No problem with photos. But there is no mobile coverage there. You might get lucky in some spots but it is not the best. so no updates possible throughout the day... But can update Saturday night if you guys are interested

Okay then i shall take my laptop with me and upload some pictures of the days shoot. Not sure how many photos i will be able to take as my main goal will be knocking down targets...

Sunday will be better as i am not shooting and will be free to annoy everyone lol

Well good news on my part is....Putting my work off till next week and spending the day tinkering with my rifle seems to have done the trick.

I have securely fixed the stock to the gun and the hamster is also solidly  mounted to the stock. I zeroed my gun in again and i found if i use my reading glasses when range finding it is once again on the mark and my old click chart is accurate once again
