Interesting thread Pauly, and a nice looking stock, well done 👍🏻
Walk quietly, but carry a big stick.

Got mine in hand now, and quite pleased , hoping assembly will happen today, but in light of yesterday's events I'm not holding my breath.....

Yea the position is really good, I feel more relaxed. It's a heavy beast now but that's ok, it sits nicely. Even though it's heavy, it's much better standing and kneeling due to the better shape.
It's an enjoyable thing making a stock, very satisfying. Will be good to check yours out next chance.

Regardless of the stock, your action and scope relationship didn't change, no matter how the poi appears to move initially, if you "zero" it at that range and reset your turret to read the right number, all should be back to normal from there.
How's it "feel" to shoot it tho? More comfortable and natural body position ?

I bedded the stock this week and tweaked a couple of bits. Today I got to shoot in a warehouse to check the zero. It was firing 32 clicks high at 25m. After adjusting the turret I was relieved to be bang on for everything else, regularly dropping my target at 38m. Inside with no wind though. Very satisfying.

Nice , looks like yours will hit the ft courses first :)
Mines coated, and will be refitted in the next week and a half , it's twin is undergoing inlet sanding to get that perfect fit :)
