Had a stoeger x5 given to me to give the once over by mate. Was his kids so at least 10 years old.
Nice little gun.
Very easy to shoot. Very easy to cock.
Smooth in operation.
Open sights were good. Very clear and didn't blur as much as the air chief been playing with. Put that down to the blade and post having more space around edges when sighting.
Push saftey at rear of cylinder. Engages every time cocked.
Trigger has slack to take up but it hits a very distent wall and is crisp pull. Not to heavy, no adjustment.
Cheek swell both sides.
Wood stock nothing to write home about.
About 3inchs longer than air chief junior overall. About the same weight.
All said and done it's a great begginer gun. Possibly small bird.
Targets are all open sight, so groups I have no dought could be tighter with better shooter.
AIM point is the little arrows under circle as at 10m it was shooting high at lowest height setting.

They do shoot nice, Ive got a detuned stoeger that I lent to a friend ages ago and I need to get it back.

Brought it with a broken spring and I re sprung it with another spring I had. .177 and deadly accurate only doing around 600fps from memory
