Hey guys ,
I have been doing alot of googling but cant seem to find the length of a mainspring for a b3-1 under lever air rifle.
The reason I ask is because I brought a kit for the gun and the spring that came with the kit is waaaay longer than the one that was inside the gun.
Now I know you are going to say make the spring the same size as the standard one, but I dont know if it has fiddled with before as it looks very rough and is bent slightly.

I have found a few sites and some information but nothing set in concrete. Another avenue would be to email youngs where I purchased the spring from , which I shall do tommorow.

Anyways thanks guys.

Does it look like this, if so this spring from b3 is OK.

Also this descussion on them may be useful, it tells how to measure length off the gun itself.

If it looks right get ahold of hasting springs, have a talk to them. They will probly ask you to send it down and make a new one. Stronger or weaker if you want.
