Hi Folks,
I’m interested in .30cal air rifles, but I’ve never really considered anything bigger then .22 for an air rifle!
So I’m trying to get any info I can on .30cals.

If you have any experience hunting or pest controlling with a .30cal air rifle I’d love to hear about ur experiences.
Also your opinions on the pros and cons, hitting power, pellet variety and availability etc…

If you have any pics of pellets and slugs either new or recovered, please post them with descriptions of what they are and what’s happened to them.

Thanks in advance for your input.
Pete.

Hi Mercs,
I saw ur review, glad u got all the niggels worked out of the hatsan.
Why don’t you take it out hunting? Is it too much for rabbits, or do you have other guns/calibures that you prefer for hunting?
As an aside, why did you prefer the red dot sight over a normal optical sight for that rifle?

Pete.

I’m still very envious of ur carnivore .30cal!
If u ever decide to sell it some day, give me a shout.
