Hi all, If I was to mount a silencer to a stock 2240, is it possible to mouth it without threading the barrel?

You can get a threaded adapter that slips onto the end of the barrel.

Someone was selling some on here a while ago but I can't remember who. They might pop up and let you know.

If you can't find any, if I can do a shout out to Pauly5 who may be able to make you one :)

They can be made using black delrin with a pressure fit, which won't scratch the barrel, and secured with a small grub screw. You can see an example on this thread. http://www.kiwiairgunners.co.nz/forum_posts.asp?TID=692

Of course if you have a silencer that is threaded, you would need to get a threaded adapter to go onto the barrel.
