need a decent 22 cal springer for a friends teenage son suitable for possums,$300 max to spend

I dont have one up for grabs but if you can find a used Cometa Fusion or Fenix for that money you would be on to a winner!

my mate asked me to look around for him but checking out prices for new rifles online yesterday after posting i found plenty of new rifles with scopes that were suitable within his price range or very close to it so may tell him to look into that as well,both rifles you mentioned would suit him for sure .
