So just picked up a near new Swarm Magnum Pro for a bargain and I'm looking for recommendations for ammo.
Anyone on here have one of these and, if so, what does it like please?
It's for hunting small game, not target work though I'll be doing a lot of that to get accustomed to it.
It's only had about 500 through it, so barely worn in.
Any ideas?

Mid weight JSBs are often a good place to start.   My .30 cal seems to like both JSB and FX pellets, both 44.75 gr but hates 49gr Air Boss.  It also shoots reasonably well with 44.75gr Preditor Polymag.

Also worth checking out what is readily available in your area - though living where you do, you probably have more choice locally than I do in rural southern HB.

I've just received a pack of .22 Hades and they'll go through that gun tomorrow at my campsite.
I'm going to pop down to Gun City tomorrow to see what they've got but it's a bit limited on their web site.
H & N do a variety pack just as they do for .177 and .22 so hopefully they've got one of those.
Thank you.
