I have gotten an old Crosman Optimus air rifle in .22 off a mate who converted it to a gas piston some years ago. he has given it to me to fix as it no longer fires.

I was going to do a blog on it in here but the image uploading is still not sorted out so i made a youtube video on it instead

Good stuff. Shows how useful a lathe is. You can make the simplest of parts that make a big difference.
