I was close to clicking buy now... very tempting. if it was .22 I probably would have. Considering it was scoped it was a bargain price to give it a go - if you didnt get along with it you wouldnt lose anything passing it on again.

Ive seen them but not shot one, but reportedly a good trigger, good power and pretty accurate.
They have a parkerised type finish vs traditional blueing - im more of a walnut & blued steel kind of guy myself.

Hi Jason,

I had one of these about 2 years ago - SIG .177.  They're good once you find the right pellet - mine was very pellet fussy. I can't remember which pellet I ended up choosing but its worth trying many different types.  You'll find one that suits your particular barrel....

Somewhere on this forum there's a long discussion on these SIG air rifles and how to get them really accurate.  I contributed to that discussion and if memory serves me correctly, several pellet types were discussed.

Good luck with the SIG.  Smile

That was indeed very tempting….

There’s another one on there now:

At over DOUBLE the price of the first one it’s not quite as appealing 🤷‍♂️

My .177 and .22 were both $850 when purchased in 2020.

Recent test of .177 indicates loss of 100fps so perhaps due a service however possibly more accurate currently.
