Saw that.. there are a LOT of airguns out there to regulate if they wanted to try..

Also, imagine the bunny and possum population growth!

Though I can understand there has been a change in airguns the lat 20 years, with the quest for allmighty powder, sacrificing quality and shooting experince for the highest FPS - harder top cock, harder to shoot and cheap - in inexperienced hands could be responsible for an increase in accidents.

If you look at UK, they cap powder at 12 footpound and anything above needs to be on certificate.
That could be ok if PCP air rifles then came off licence under 12fpe...
That could be one way, otherwise the idea of an airgun license was bought up by someone in a conversation - something easier than FAL, based on safety and storage (could limit accidents with children accessing airguns outside of supervision)

J S Airguns
Air Arms TX200('s)
Theoben Sirocco
HW77
FWB 300s
Webley Patriot
One or two others...

Current projects:
Too many..

Very general statement, sensational headline.
No death mention, just injuries from springers.
News reporting at its best, stirring crap.
Unfortunately still a worry. Sigh.

Woke as .
May as well wrap us in cotton wool.
As long as there is lead in the air...there is hope.
