What's it not doing? There are a heap of ppl here pull apart, refurbish, build from scratch air rifles.
Theres a very good chance that you could solve the issue without a gun smith.
Possibly have the part you may need.

I have fitted new parts inside the gun, Teflon seals and new guides, but the gun is inconsistent with accuracy.

There will be more onto it ppl to suggest whats up but assuming youve rechecked all your screws and stuff to make sure nothing is loose. How many shots have you run through it? Its not still settling
in is it.
If you have a zig zag paper and a wind free area put the zigzag paper on top of where the barrel closes. Fire a shot and see if the paper blows. That should indicate if you have a barrel seal leak. Im assuming your using whatever pellet shot the best out of it prior to disassembly.
Apart from that pull it apart examine things and see if there are any faults.
You may have nicked the piston seal as it went in.

A chronograph is a good device to have for checking your guns health. For example if the pellet speed is consistent, but groups are not good, it could be something like Kruz said, or clipping the silencer, bad barrel crown, scope issue.
If pellet speed is all over the place, this could well be breech or piston seals, or even a broken spring.

What pellets are you shooting through it? You do need to find what pellets shoot best. I would stay clear of Gamo pellets, and JSB seem to be the most commonly used.

Also, pellets 8.44 grn or under are probably the best weight to use for your HW35.

I know everyone is different and some aren't confident opening up their guns, but it's not too hard. If you have access to a shash clamp it should be straight forward. Happy to help if I can.
