Thanks. That's very useful. by the way, is the club very expensive? I only find some small bore firegun shooting club by Google and seems costing a lot...
And for the research, LoL, I guess that's the commercial worlds. Some reviews on youtube shows that break barrel rifles have not power at all and is toyish comparing to firearm 22LR, while others say that wow, the Gamo is so cooool, it can even hunt down blackbears(I won't take that...)
Another thing is that the rifled barrel always goes with a more expensive barrel while the cheaper one has no rifled barrel. However, there are merely no review about the barrel and rifled tech on air guns on youtube?WinkWinkWink

Just find some similar rifles:
Crosman ShockWave, the one without silencer
Crosman Crusher, the one with silencer
Crosman Prowler, the one with silencer and Benjamin badge...

Prowler .22 with 4x32Scope on $369, is that a bargain? Anyone knows?EmbarrassedEmbarrassedEmbarrassed

When I got my first air rifle in many years, I brought a gamo fusion, 10xmag, roadster model. About 700 bucks with scope. It was the most problematical gun. You can go back through posts on this site and see.
Being so annoyed at it (I still think I got the one rubbish one out of a thousand) I then spent around 1300 on a top of the line gun.
The difference like night and day.
If you can save your money for a really good quality rifle it's worth it. Especially for target shooting.
In my opinion your better off doing that than buying a few cheap ones that won't be as good. When you have a good rifle then you can by not such good quality rifles and if they turn out no good, doesn't matter you'll have a good one to use anyway.
Having said that my favorite gun is 1322 which is a cheap pistol that I've upgraded a little with stock and longer barrel and put the gamo scope on.
I love it. Its a close range bird gun.
But it came after the top line one. I'm glad I have a good quality gun and scope that will do targets, whack rabbits and hares at distance and long shots on birds only thing bums me out is the gamo cost me the price of a better quality gun with all the running around and parts. You live you learn.
If you think your going to get serious about target shooting CuteRabbit don't waste time and money on cheaper rifles they won't preform as well and won't hold resale value.
By the time you have 2 or three OK rifles you could have brought one awsome one.
Look at some of the sig targets in the sig posts, ( target shooters ones not mine) tight groups, that is the rifle, pellets and shooter.
Air arms, weihrauch, are names that constantly get spoken highly of.

CryWow, that goes really pro I think?
What I find is that most expensive air rifles are Gamo( No FAL, so NO PCP) magnum series, then the Gamo fusion which I am considering (a lot of people diss magnum I think?). That is the rifles availiable in GunCity.
Other shop has more Crosman I think? Like Crosman 1077, Mag-fire and with BENJAMIN (very classical?) brand like ironhide, vaperiazor and prowler. That's the expensive line other than Gamo I think?Wink

If your in Auckland go to youngs airguns and talk to them.
They are air rifle specialist.
There will be cheaper options but you really need to talk to someone who can show you guns, listen to what you want and show you a few options.
Explain the what's and whys.
Thats it from me. I've given you what I think is useful advise what you do is up to you.
Most of all just enjoy what ever guns you end up with.
