Does anyone do or has tried this. It seems logical but I wonder.
Basicly resetting scope zero magnification to make mildot measurements on retical work with moa on turrets.
I'm after opinions and any actual experiance.

I've never tried that. Read a few conversations between the difference of mil vs moa and depending on what you have been trained to use is where you stay. MOA makes more sense to me.

As some of you know I've taken up archery and have recently ordered a Crossbow to increase my big game success. I've also ordered a Crossbow scope with 20yrd - 100yrd ballistic references that corresponds with the fps of the arrow. Will be a few weeks away but I will put it on an air rifle to see if (just might you never know untill you try lol) to see if I can get it close enough to use the same ballistic curve.

(Also look up crossbkw adjustable scope mount where it's on some type of cam system that tilts the whole scope for different distances, recoil would probably destroy it but also thought of getting one to see if that could be used)

Yep I'm crazy lol

I wouldn't. Probly blow the scope to pieces. No way a string has the impact weight of a piston. If the crossbow has cams for the string even less. Be keen to see a few pics and hear about it.
