Can't help you on the Hamilton scene.
Great to have a new old member on board again.
Did a quick search on the pistol you have (WEBLEY ALECTO AIR PISTOL. PREVIOUSLY THE ZORAKI HP-01 AIR Pistol)
Be keen to see a review of it if your keen.
I'm assuming your both a target shooter and hunter by your guns.
Anyways good to have another forum member on board again.

Welcome back Microbugs!

P.S. as I understand it the Zoraki HP-01 is more powerful than Webley Alecto
as it takes 4 pumps not 3 and has the longer barrel.
Sad to have sold mine, it's an excellent airgun.

The Alecto is the UK Webley branded version of the Zoraki HP-01 Light.
Locally we have the HP-01 Light, and the HP-01 Ultra. The light was the 3 pump standard barrel, the Ultra being the 4 pump long barrel version.

I speak to Brian every few months. I think he might of been going to Aus to shoot camels at some stage. I watched  a video of a guy doing that, and it's just hard out shooting. Hot, dusty, boom boom!
