I spoke with David at Airguns NZ today and he tells me he has shipments of both AA and also JSB pellets on their way shortly arriving in August.

He will update the listings on his site as soon as he receives the shipping documents.

Eeek is he out of AA.
Was due to order some and more exact.
Dread to think what shipping to south island is gonna cost.
But he's a good man and I like dealing with him, so happy to pay the extra to help support him in his bussness.
Cheers for the heads up.

Sorry, he does have some sizes still, it's the popular 18gn .22 heavies that I and many others have been hanging out for that he's out of currently :)

Just got 2 tins AA 16gr. Had 4 left.
Just got informed the price from AA is going up and next shipment is going to be 54 bucks a tin. Sheesh.
Bloody wars, puts lead cost up, puts shipping up, least I'm guessing that plays a part.

Given how fussy air guns are, you'd want to make sure you were coping a pellet that works well in your gun.

Yes that would be the main consideration and accurate weight of material pressed into cavity rather than molten, must have ago as got plenty of lead. Split cavity, must draw it up on CAD.

These slug presses and die sets seem to be getting more and more plentiful.
I'm considering trying one, just need to sorce a reliable supply of lead wire.
Alli express???
Walk quietly, but carry a big stick.

Did a quick Web search and
Nielsen Specialty Ammo
Is an air gun ammo supplier in America who supplies wire to the hobbiest.
Pure lead and 2% antimony are standard but other alloys can be extruded for larger volume orders.
They make slugs as well.
Could be worth a look at site to see if it is what your looking for.
This will take you to the, about them page, top right hand side has a drop down menu and one of the pages has a enquiry email
