Experiment Weighed tins of Air Arms and JSB pellets so they were within 0.01 grammes. RWS were good straight from tin. JSB tin had several damaged pellets whereas the RWS and Air Arms were visually good. Rifle was CO2 powered .177 Hammerli 25 yards outdoor bench rest. ZeroTech Vengeance 3-12x40 Scope. Good breeze from right to left. POA centre bull. Air Arms Diablo Field heavy sorted pellets Group OD was 16.64mm using selected 0.665g pellets. Weight difference (0.660 - 0.665 - 0.670 - 0.675 and 0.680g)  JSB Exact sorted pellets Group OD was 18.41mm using selected 0.565g pellets. Weight difference (0.545 - 0.555 - 0.565g)  RWS SuperField unsorted Group OD was 15.86mm Weight difference (0.555 - 0.560g)  Edited by mercs - 08 Apr 2023 at 3:08pm |

Thanks Bud good info, have to mention I am shooting threw a night vision Sytong HT60 3-8 x which may have an effect.
