Cant do much bout damp air in workshop, just got remember to keep everything oiled eh!!now guna have spend quite few hours cleaning up my machinery i guess, the price not paying attention,so lesson learned eh!!. Never had a rust problem with my airguns. Just rub them down after use with the 3 in 1 oily rag. The occasional miss doesn't matter as long as they wiped down regularly.
I find the best solution for rust on machinery is frequent use and ventilation. Oil on woodworking machinery can mess up a nice piece of timber. Can't keep the moisture out of the air and it has been wet this winter.
