This looks very interesting, love seeing all the different machinery out there that our users have in their man caves!

The air tube. Can't get much air in there so had to open it up a bit. I was going to use some SAF2205 seamless pipe but it wasn't precise enough and not enough material to clean it up to my required dimensions.

The first one was aluminium with 6.4" barrel in .30, shooting JSB's up to 777 fps at maximum tune. |

Bending the bolt handle. The handle is not the locking lug but it is a backup like in a Mauser action.

That's nice. The finish is really good.
Quite a lot of work in that grip frame too. I am keen to see the trigger set up. So many questions, but I'll refrain.

Pauly, the grip frame is laser cut with a few finishing machining ops and sanding smooth. I designed the grip frame to be more builder friendly than the Crosman 22xx, intending to make them available for custom builders. It has a sliding trigger with short travel and a drop sear. I like it better than even a tuned 22xx trigger. I tried adding a pseudo 2-stage plunger screw but it did not seem worthwhile. edit: the two small holes in the grip frame are for the retrospectively designed safety lever. Normally I do not believe in using trigger safeties (rather de-cocking) but this pistol cannot be de-cocked without double feeding, so I decided a safety is needed.
