I think at the present stage I will look very closely at the Weihrauch make of rifles (that is when I learn how to say it properly). As you say the quality is there. 

Must say the members on site "Kiwi Airgunners" are real enthusiasts and there is a host of information to glean from reading the posts. (getting square eyes, Haha) Great to be a member.

I have always though it pronounced as "Vi Rark"

There's quite a good looking .22 HW30 on trademe at the moment for $500.

I think you are pretty close Pauly.
I’m not German, but I’ve always pronounced it as 3 syllabils “vi-ra-gh”
I’ve been sitting here for 5 minutes trying to phonetically spell out the “gh” in English, but I can’t think of any English word that has the same sound 🤔.
Although Afrikaans has strong Dutch origins, it also has some German roots, so I can pronounce Weihrauch correctly, I just can’t spell it phonetically in English 😡.
In Afrikaans the prefix “ge” is used often denote past tens and it’s the same sound as “weihra-UCH”
But it is not pronounced “Gee”, it is more like “gah”, a sound that comes from the back of your throat.
My 2c worth.

I think you're on the right track.
I'm keeping one of the Gamo Magnums I bought, the .22, which will end up with a night sight on it, probably a Wraith 2-16, mostly because the 10 shot magazine on it will make it far handier at night and it's an accurate rifle. But the Gamo.25 that's advertised here, though good enough, is not a lifetime rifle.
The 3 Weihrauchs I have are finely crafted precision machines and a joy to use.  I've got seals, both for the breech and the piston, coming for both of them, and a Slim Jim pump kit, connectors and a gauge also on the way and when the HW90's I have are running at their full potential, they'll be almost as accurate as the HW97 that prints 1 hole groups.
The Weihrauch build quality is something else, matched by a small few others, and the triggers are fantastic on all 3, even though they are vastly different.
I've never regretted buying quality in any firearm, and air rifles are no different, apart from the lack of actual fire, of course.
Lots of good buggers on here with plenty of good advice.

Incense are are used to cover the smell of something that stinks or for ritual to make things more grandiose than they are. 😛
Holy is an elevation of a concept. Something that has authority applied to it based off perceived ideals of those who follow blindly, but has no actual real merit over other entitys, except for those who follow blindly.😛
So i guess the name fits.

There will be no "next spending spree" and a TX200, though undoubtably a fine firearm, is not of any interest to me. There's plenty of potential left in the 90's and plenty of life left in the 97, to keep me busy for a good long while.  All purchased for a purpose, and all will fill that purpose.  And, with the spares and parts I have coming, they're each capable of outlasting me.
I aim to have a whole lot of fun getting the potential out of what I've got, and that'll do.  Plus I get to keep on enjoying the 97, without any further mods.
So, no thanks.  Enough is enough.

Afraid not. My tx got swapped for sig asp20.
Used more than wiehrach before i decided to find something more suitable than tx for my style hunting.
What i did to it before swapping it was, NOTHING!
It preformed faultless the whole time i had it.
That is a sign of a well made gun.
