Hi spicyslug. Welcome. Good to have you onboard.
Its a place great to be.
See your doing up a sharp. That was my dream rifle when they came out. Do you have other airguns as well.
Looking forward to hearing your air gun experiances and opinions and projects. Any tips you may have.

I own a .177 sharp innova yes. And I love it.
I want to get my hands on an aluminum receiver, so I can preserve the original Japanese polymer receiver and not wear it out.
Even one day maybe IL get my hands on a .22 barrel for it also.

I once upon a time owned a .177 'CO2 Daisy powerline model 144' with 8 inch barrel, black grips and a nickel finish. That's the one that looks like a Smith and wesson.44 magnum (I know what your thinking, did I fire 6 shots, or only 5... do ya feel lucky punk?) Unfortunately a part inside cracked and I had no experience or time or tools back then (2014) so I ended up selling it "as is" on trade me with a $100 buy now. It sold pretty fast. Wish i still had it. Got photos though.

Ive owned an Industry Brand B1 .177 which was incredibly budget friendly, cheap to buy brand new, chineese made, youth air rifle. Which was perfect for teaching youngsters how to be safe. Ended up giving that one to someone who learned with it.

I remember I had a .22 air rifle that was given to me after my mate run over the barrel in his work truck. Barrel was bent bad. So I bent it back as best I could then hacksaw the end of the barrel off. That was my first lesson in diminished velocity and evaporated fps, accuracy and range. Can't remember it's model or brand but it had a little circle plaqe in the stock that said USSR and it had a locking arm on the breech. But anyway that one was dropped off with semi automatic firearms during the buyback.

I had a Gamo Shadow .22 with Fibre optic sights for a while but sold it when I had nowhere to shoot it.

I did enjoy when I had my Norica Spider .177 rifle. IT had an excellent compartment in the handle of the stock to store pellets. I only had Fibre optic sights on it. That one eventually I had to sell also. Nowhere to shoot it.

I owned a Crosman Vigilante .177 CO2 revolver for a little while, but I lost it or it was stolen I can't remember where it disappeared to, but someone else has it now cause I sure dont.

I am hoping to find a second hand Crosman .177 American classic multi pump pistol one day. I can't afford a new one currently. Other prioritys.

Currently enjoying my sharp innova mk2 .177 with access to a Crosman Vital Shot .22 air rifle as well. And I have space to shoot which is awesome.

I have photos of the Daisy, the industry B1, the Gamo Shadow, and the unfortunate sawed off with the ussr plaque in the stock. If anyone is interested in the Daisy because I think they only did the nickel finish with black grips in 1989 and the other years they were sold it was brown grips and blued finish. I could be wrong it's just from memory.

Welcome here.

The USSR one sounds like it was a Bakial. I have a couple of those, one being one of the first guns I ever shot as a kid.
