Hi

Just joined up, and getting back/more into air guns.
Mainly kept one for finishing off the semi live rabbits that the cat’s brought home, but found myself collecting a few pistols lately, and now playing with a 2250B.

Located in Taranaki. Might look at going to some of the target meets here, but am really a casual shooter.

Hi Phoenix, welcome to the forum, air pistols can accumulate quickly and the Crosman has a world wide following.

Check out the Club section for information on airgun target shooting in Taranaki.

cheers

Thanks mercs, yeah the pistols can multiply if I’m not watching.
I’ll check out the club details and might appear at some point.

On a side note, I can’t seem to reply to ‘for sale’ posts, or PM anyone, but do you know if KiwiTR6 still has either of the AirKing scopes for sale?
I’m keen on one if he does.

Ashman: I don’t want to brag, but with most of my pistols I can usually hit a pond at 50m 🤣

Hi Pheonix, welcome here. We look forward to hearing your airgun endeavours.

After a few posts the ability to comment in the sale section and from memory to DM members opens up. It's a bit of a guard against scammers.

Paul.

Welcome Phoenix, post some pics of you air guns, we all like looking… 😉

Personally I’m a barn door hugger, so at 50yards I wouldn’t even try shoot one. 😂
Walk quietly, but carry a big stick.

The Crosman 2250 is a fantastic choice for getting into modding. Heaps of improvements can be done with basic hand tools to double its power output!

Hi Pauly, thanks for this advice about needing to post to open up DMs and posting on the sale wanted.  I logged in after a long absence from this site and was trying to chase down a for sale item, and I could not post.

I could not find a way to contact the admin to ask the question.

Makes sense now. Thank you

Yes it is. And the diana 34 classic. I rung you when I could not get the tinbum tune kit installed. Thanks to your advice I sanded a bit off the top hat and it all worked.
