Has anyone tried them who also uses jsb jumbo heavy for comparison?
Has anyone tried them full stop?
Seems from reviews they are ok, but when reading up on weight and pellet consistency the don't seem to be as good as jsb in the same weight.
After any info ppl have from use please

Hi Kruza, I've used Barracudas in my PCPs. They are a good long distance hunting pellet. I've also used JSBs which also perform well. I would happily use either. I haven't done any scientific comparison sorry. I only really shoot PCP nowadays so can't vouch for springer performance.

Cheers. Its about how the pellet preforms really and its shown consistency in your rifle, and if mine likes them sweet.
But the pellet should be good. Rifle likes the jsb.
Appreciate the feed back.

Kruzaroad I've just put 50 15.89 Hades and the JSB Diabolo Exact 15.89 through the HW and they're hitting the same mark as the Air Arms you sent.  Figures, as the AA pellets are made by JSB.
I ran 20 Exacts over the scales and 20 of the AA Diabolos and the average on both was within 1/100 grain.
The Gamo .22 loves both the hades and the Exacts so I've just bought 12 tins of Exact's and 5 of Hades.  Should last a week or two.

What distance? Didn't find hades held upto extended ranges.
Àa was the power out put. They didn't hold fpe as well as ftt or jsb heavy
Did you run those barracuda 18 i sent down thru any?
Diana didn't like them at all. Which is a shame as they were a good looking pellet.

Yep ran the Barracudas through both .22's and they were OK but not Exact or Hades good.
20m and 30m.  Testing at 40m tonight.
Changed the scope on the .25 and that'll get a run tonight too.

What scope you pit on the two five?
Had it apart yet to see if has those spacing washers behind piston that gamo seem to like to increase the power?

Hi Kruza,

Only one way to know if your rifle will like a pellet… 😉
Walk quietly, but carry a big stick.

Ain't that the truth!
I'd hate to think just how much money these pellet companies make from ppl just trying them to see, but not buying them again.
At least a new rifle worth from me.
Fortunately when swapped nv with mintie he threw in some jsb 18.13gr for me to try. Never used them wuth hw but tried in diana and she loved them
First and probly only time I'll ever get pellet right first time with no cost.

I use JSB heavy .22 18.13. They’ve been the best for me so far. I’ve been wanting to try the H&N 18’s but gun city didn’t have any. I asked them to order me some a couple months back and they finally arrived. Looks like they got a few for W the whole country. I’m picking up mine tomorrow to compare against my JSB’s. Will be a while before I get to test them though. I was trying to index my barrel on my fx and the barrel got stuck in the shroud just after the 5th or 6th time screwing it back in. Apparently I cross threaded it. They said I’m the first to ever do it so I’m waiting for Guncity to get a response from fx Airguns for me. FX are taking well over a week or two to respond to any queries at the moment.

Where the nut in the barrel connects to the shroud. Gun city told me the shroud is threaded. The nut got stuck in the shroud when I tried to remove the barrel. Gun city had to use heat to separate if for me as I tried several times and couldn’t do it. I’m picking my barrel and shroud up from them this week. However I still need a replacement shroud and likely nut I’m guessing. Bad timing as I wanted to take it away on a trip soon 😔😤
