Hello everyone

I'm Chalan. I live in Wellington. I mostly tinker with airguns these days.

I've given up on Facebook after my account got hacked but still want to keep in contact with the air gun community.

I really enjoy modding Crossmans. I feel like a mad scientist some days.

Cheers!

Hi Chalan.
Welcome aboard.
Im assuming your doing the co2 and or pump crosman pistols?
Great platform to play with.
If you want to throw up pics always keen to see what ppl are up to, and hear what they have done.
Im sold on my 1322. Fantastic gun. Still my favorite.
Whats you favorite one you've modified so far?
Got any other air guns besides your crosman?
Enjoy the site. Lot of info and pretty good bunch of ppl here and a lot of knowledge in the pages, even more stored in the members heads, usually some someone who can help with any info or issues that may crop up.
Looking forward to your contributions 👍

I have been mostly playing with 2250
but also have a cr600w and a 1322.

My favorite seems to change from time to time. I will post photos when I figure out how to do that.

Those cr seem to be good guns from little ive seen of them.
Posting pics: 1.hit the upwards arrow above the box of the post you are making.
2.Hit the picture emblem above the new box that shows up.
3.A new screen for uploading will appear. Hit the select file line. ( It will say no file selected at this stage)It will then pull up your ph photos. Select the photo you want. Hit select
4. It will go back to the upload screen.(the file name will appear where the no file selected use to be) Hit ok. A black box will appear saying be patient, hit ok.
5. When the file has uploaded it will look the same, but the select file will not be showing the photo name it will again be saying no file selected.
6. Either tap the select file again for another pic or the cancel button, which should take you back to post box you started at. Finish your post
Things to note: there is a 4mb limit on photos. If you are over that you wait and to get a message saying file to large. So check your pic size first.
If you screen shot the pic if it is too large it drops the file size majorly. (Prior to uploading it)
If you don't want to write then upload a pic and write again to get pic where you want you can just cut and paste the image txt (it will show up as txt command to load the pic untill you upload the whole post) where you want it the post.
Do all pic sizing before you start your post, makes things a lot faster.
When its all done, and your posted you can edit the post by hit the post options button above your post and edit post.

Hi Chalan,

Welcome here. The Crosmans are rather addictive and fun to mod. I'm in Wgtn too.

Look forward to seeing what you've done.

Cheers
Paul.

Hi Chalan,
Welcome to the forum. There are some wise old shooters here who will love sharing ideas and builds with you, so dont be shy to ask questions or post pics of your builds.

That's a nice build. Is it CO2 still? What's the breech on it too?

Yes CO2. I wanted to use 2 12g carts or possibly a paintball tank. So I decided a drop block would be best. Got a gmac repeater breach. Still more to do. The stock is a little thick. Doesn't shoulder as nicely as cr600w.I will shave a little more off it.Did some valve work and added a power adjuster. Energy is 16-17 foot pounds. It's probably got more energy potential but will probably leave it there for the time being.
