I sold my GX CS4i today. It was quite OK, and did the job. Was a great wee pump.
But...I really didn't need the high psi it provided (5500psi) when I only need 3200psi. Plus I wanted more air flow (to charge quicker so I can fill mates cylinders too).
Thought about this over the last few weeks.
Think I'm ordering a Hills Evo 310 tomorrow. They do make one that only goes to 210 bar which would be fine (for now). But maybe one day I'll get a high power PCP, and then I'll need the 310 bar jobbie.
Can't find a Hills Evo in NZ or Aussie.
The Aussie agent will take the money and have the Hills delivered from UK to me in NZ, but it's cheaper for me to deal direct with Hills UK.
Thought I had a rerfurb Coltri sorted but very hard to pin down a delivery date, shipping cost, and if the pump had any fittings attached/supplied with it. Too hard, and wasted 3 - 4 weeks over it already.
Gave up, too hard...will get a new Hills instead.
Or...any other ideas before I pull the pin tomorrow?

Honestly I've been running a Yong Heng for the last few years now and it has been fantastic, it fell off the bench when I first got it (my own stupid mistake) so I purchased a second one expecting this one to fail but it has been 100% reliable, and I've put a fair bit of use on it. Landed they are about $1000.

I did look at the Yong Heng, and also considered the Tuxing twin cylinder job.
But some of the reviews had me worried. Things such as folks keeping a 2nd YH on hand in case the first one blows up again, etc.
It seems that with China made you might get a good one, you might get a dodgy one. Bit of a crap shoot. But the Hills just seem to be good straight out of the box.
