I had my leapers scope brake on my a few weeks ago and i had to machine off the side cap because all the screws were stripped and i couldn't un-do it. I pulled it apart the to fix the pin that came out the other day and she was ready to machine up a new cap to put back on so i can use it again.
Here are some photos of the process used to make a new cap. The scope is ready to go back on the gun now and re-range and zero. Edited by Nunga - 14 Oct 2014 at 1:22pm |
