   OK, I've got kids - little ones, and there's just got to be some kind of common sense applied around them, or any children.
Keeping any gun loaded - why.? 

Accidentally shooting your child in the back of the head...... Seriously.

Maybe firearms licenses aren't the right direction, maybe some people need a breeding license!
