No rain here yet, put the winds are horrendous.   Even though my tiny home weighs 9 ton and is held down with 8 wind anchors it's shaking a bit.   A much smaller cabin has been blown over in Dannevirke and  there is a roof off and power lines down in Norsewood.

Don't think I will be setting up the drop saw outside and making a pellet trap for the garage today.  Hopefully I can find a big enough cardboard box to stuff full of old rags to hold the target as  temp solution
Regards,
-Ec

Good idea Pauly glue stick found and next 3 targets attached to light card.

I will staple to pine board to collect pellets.

Single handed next, weather is wet and windy so not today.

I will set up a table to tabulate scores.

Buy cheap cardboard and print on that for consistent holes with only rarely any tears...works for me.

Cheers -Ec. Looks like this was a good idea of yours. 👍
A two litre milk bottle filled with water punches a clean as hole. So maybe a 2 litre filled with sand or dirt would produce the same effect for back stop.

This is slightly off topic, but I am guessing most of us will print off the targets. I am keen to know what gets the best "hole" as in the cleanest hole from the pellet. I know sometimes the pellet can rip a tag, so if it was stuck onto cardboard or something to support the paper, the hole will be neater. Like gluestick it to cereal box cardboard.

Just to help highlight all the bullseye clover leafs we will get.

Cement board is delightfull to shoot as it will leave an exact circle, but of course it'snot practical.

That be great, I could shoot and put in that category. Under sub catagory " might as well be wearing a blind fold,"

Is there a "Blindfolded" category?

It might make my ancient Crosman 1322 more accurate?!!!!!! Big smile

I will set up a pellet trap and target in the garage tomorrow and see what I can do with the Gamo P900.  Not expecting too much - but at the end of the day its about a  bit of fun. Probably try both single handed and double handed.  May even do a target with my $15 Chinese Gold Cup 177 - unsupported standing with open sights.  Pretty sure this is a derivative of the Shanghai 61 - which looks to be the ancestor of the $100 challenge gun.

-Ec

Many air pistols only have the original sights as an option.
If your setup is otherwise, then I suggest, going for it as long as it is stated on the result.
All for fun so I would not start making modifications or purchasing new bits......
Just looking in the sports shop air pistol display case is a known risk.
Now who mentioned single handed unsupported? Good Grief...the cowboys within us.

Air Gun Forum (AGF) Friendly 6 Yards is the ID on the target and at least I know I can see and hit them.
Mostly a personal challenge so if you choose a greater distance then feel free to impress.
