Plenty good rifles avalible if you can go that high.
I wouldn't have paid 1200.
Weihrauch, or air arms, diana one of which I have used one brand.
Temping to put sig up see what 177 would get. Might be a good 22 in there for me

I was the second highest bidder.
Went up to $1140 on my wife's TM account.
Was more than happy to overpay but couldn't justify spending anymore!
Pretty disappointed I didn't get it, but ah well.

Considering they were $899 new when they were available, it went for a premium, sold my TX200 and got a s/h Pro Sport in .22. Not looking for anything else.

Yep it's definitely more than I would have paid money for.
Still leaves you open to something else, better just round the corner.

Heres pics of the scuffing.
The gun was still cocked from when they took the pic. That's been a while now (on the plus side she didn't dry fire it) will a gas ram handel being cocked for a week or so without damage?

Gas rams can stay cocked for ages. look at the gas struts that hold up automotive boots and bonnets, 99% of their life they are compressed.

Must be law as she said. I said I'd offer a bit more than what they were being offered at moment but she said they couldn't.
Guess they got money to replace on a failed loan. highest price.
But that has to be less than the calateral thats left to secure the loan. That's how they operate.
There's a potential opportunity to get the occasional nice air rifle for a reasonable price in there somewhere.
