Nunga is the man to ask. He built the site. There's always the option of uploading elsewhere and linking if you can't get on here. Video is pretty heavy storage I would imagine.

Yes you can upload videos. You have to use the "post reply" option rather than the quick reply. the icon next to the insert image icon on the right side is the insert video. But there is limited space on everyones profile so its best just to post a link to a uploaded youtube or facebook video/
