Zeroed the second Sig in yesterday, now have dial in settings for 10,20,30,40 and 50m with Zero being at 30m. This is the 50m target with one extreme flyer. The target is not a group but the progression of getting the pellets somewhere near the bull, last two pellets are in the red. I follow up by shooting at a set of spinners and if I can consistently hit the 1inch spinner then I'm happy.

JSB 10.34gr?
Let us know what hit rate on spinner is. Looks like you've walked the pellets up nicely, more dead bunnies than missed one's in that group. I've just ordered in 2 tins of sig dagger from magium sports (cheers mercs) so will run through them at some stage Has that tx arrived? I'd be keen on a seeing a review and maybe a few targets from you if you feel like it Jwabfrog be keen on a bit of review from you on your tx as well if your keen. |

Yes JSB 10.34. Hit the spinner every time from the rest and 3 out of 5 shooting off hand
Put up a separate post on shooting a rabbit with the TX, shoot JSB 10.34 in that as well

Just got sig dagger pellets in.
The head size is 4.50mm on tin. Measured 25, between 4.47mm to 4.49mm Explains why air arms shoot better at 4.50mm Makes me wonder if I had the exact pellet holder round the wrong way and the tight group was 4.50mm not 4.52mm. The sig pellets are very uniform. Look well made. Curse the rain. |

30m targets sig dagger unsorted.
Really surprised the groups came out exact same size! Bottom target was the staple. Shooting average, was bit annoyed as 362 had lock up and switched to sig but mind was on pulling 362 apart. |

Pulled 168 pellets out of sig tin to give them the scales and vernier treatment.
Thought get 4.50mm x.67gram tin size for a fair accuracy test. What I got was 113@.46grms 5@.45grm 23@.44grm 27@.44grm Of those I took the .46grm as most common weight. Ran the vernier over them. Head sizes were: 9@ 4.49mm,20@ 4.48mm, 31@ 4.47mm,25@ 4.46mm,28@ 4.45mm If this tin is representative of tins, it would seem sig errs to the lower head size and weight. Also noticed that the heads arnt as round as the exact and AA, there seems to be a common theme of a dent on nose. Very uniform pellets. |

Has anyone tried the heavier pellets and slugs in the sig 177
In particular the h&n rabbiter slug and the h&n sniper range pellet. The sniper magnum seems to get good reviews recommended for 17fpe and above. Its design got me interested |

I'll throw up a target I've shot of sig I just shot shortly.
But I'm with you. I'll be buying a few tins of AA heavies, sorting out the 4.50mm @. 67grms for hunting. They have constantly punched holes. |
