Looking for some waisted .25 pellets for a historic rifle that is on its way to chez moi.

Maybe 20 or so , a bit of variety would be nice . I dont think the modern slug type pellets would work well here

No, haven't yet.

I did see the paint ball shop having a sale a while ago.

But could still get a tank from Ali cheaper.

What I have done is play with the regulator on the 9015. Strip and clean, new O rings, etc...and assemble the Belleville washers in the correct sequence again.

Now I'm using less air and still getting the right velocity (~800fps).

Haven't shot it right down in air (and don't intend to) but 50 shots is easy without worry about how much air remaining. Probably OK for ~80 shots before getting down to 100bar (which is where I stop at).

Did you ever end up finding a tank? Bloody hard to find them these days. I believe Shoot Air Tanks company has gone under. Gun city said they can't get hold of them anymore. Gun City also advised they are currenty trying to import their own range of dive tanks but the Air police are making it hard. Anyone got a scruffy or derelict one of these languishing in a back corner some place?

I need most all the internals to resurect an equally scruffy one.

All the bits are available internationally but can I be arsed with paperwork and import hassles ? I think not....

Very easily made with a short piece of rubber hose, think I have used vacuum line hose in the past. mine have gone walkies and I'm not willing to pay 200 + dollars to bring in from overseas.

My most recent ex partner , at 58 years of age, had never shot a rifle before she met me. Took the .22 rimfire out to a campsite, taught her the safety steps, showed her the shooting procedure i went through and then said to her "Just line up the centre point of the dot inn the scope with the target and gently squeeze the trigger". A `10 shot mag later and she had eclipsed the centre bull, at 20m , with touching shots. Not what I managed when I was showing her.

Did I hear about it, ever? Maybe, every day, for about a year, especially in front of her and my family.

I always just gritted my teeth and espoused my virtues as a teacher.
