What model of Hatsan do you have? Regarding your home-made gas ram, what is the builtin pressure? I suppose your gas 8ram is pressure adjustable, just like the vortex gas pistons from Hatsan. I installed a xman xl nitro piston into my Hatsan 155 with the ram body in the piston. It shoots at 900+ fps with 19.4 gr pellet. It is the most powerful springer in my lineup.

Next in line is my Diana 54 0.177. It is perfectly tuned by yours truly with a Vortek PG2 kit and a 135 wire. I also installed an O-ring piston seal. It is shooting at 924 fps avg with 9.7 gr pellet. It is almost on par with my PCP.
