Would be nice to have the same checkering pattern as the plastic but that would be a bit of cost. <br></div><div><br></div><div>The pellets and gas are what they would have come with, the .22 pellet tin is unopened with original tape. Gas canisters are a mix of used and new but as these are from 1970's even the new ones will likely have no pressure now so just there for looks - they are nice with the Smith &amp; Wesson logo &amp; blue. <br></div><div><br></div><div>Also added a couple of S&amp;W sight adjustment tools, these would have come with revolvers.<br></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="www.kiwiairgunners.co.nz/member_profile.asp?PF=386">J-S</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 674<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Sep&nbsp;2022 at 3:45am<br /><br /><div>Love these old Smith &amp; Wesson co2 Pistols. <br></div><div>They are great piece of airgun history; from the Smith &amp; Wesson factories, airgun division, not simply a replica made by airsoft factories like modern offerings. <br></div><div><br></div><div>They handle like real firearms, modelled after their model 41 target pistol, good as a training pistol, but also great for folk like me that will likely never handle the real steel. <br></div><div><br></div><div>One thing I didnt like was the plastic grips. They are good quality, dense, have a good wood effect look, but theres nothing like having real wood and metal.. <br></div><div><br></div><div>So I got these made by Vernon Austin in USA, made from walnut and a great upgrade for anyone that had one of these pistols (also got grips for my Crosman Mkii LD project, and a set for a 2240 build)</div><div><br></div><div><img src="uploads/386/grip2.jpg" height="525" width="700" border="0" /></div><div><br></div><div><img src="uploads/386/grip3.jpg" height="788" width="700" border="0" /><br></div><div><br></div><div><img src="uploads/386/grip4.jpg" height="754" width="700" border="0" /><br></div><div><br></div><div><img src="uploads/386/grip.jpg" height="526" width="700" border="0" /><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
