Some serious engineering went into them. My old man also has a Parrus. Parrus and Century are seriously grunty but also quiet loud. They come threaded and silencer makes a big difference. Accuracy was very good. Triggers not as refined as Diana / Weihrauch. I would love to shoot a LGU. One just sold on trademe for 1200 without rings or a scope.
Pistol rifle, springer, pcp, gas I'd be keen to hear what the verdic was both build and proformance.
A review of one would be great.
See they make pellets too.

Edited by kruzaroad - 24 Jan 2023 at 3:32pm

It actually works out slightly cheaper too. No permit needed, but just a bit of paperwork.

Not the Turkish. I could be wrong though.
There are 3 top springers around. Weihrauch, Air Arms and Walther lgv/lgu.
These top springers tend to only come in .22 and .177, although I've seen an HW97 in .20. The power of these tend not to go over 15 - 20 ft/lb, but are lovely and good hunters at 12 ft/lb.
If you want collectable, buy quality engineering that will last, and those that know will know and they will hold value.
