They say they have a adjustable two stage trigger. But the thats all crap. You can adjust the pull length to a point but thats all the adjusting you can do.<br>]]>

Drill hole and insert new pin and shape the safety to fit the safety lever.<br><br><img src="uploads/3/four.jpg" height="800" width="600" border="0" /><br><br><br><br>After that is done it is time to mark out the lines for the first and second stage adjustments.<br><br><img src="uploads/3/five.jpg" height="800" width="600" border="0" /><br><br>Next drill the holes and tap the thread for the grub screws.<br><br><img src="uploads/3/six.jpg" height="800" width="600" border="0" /><br><br>Now i got the file and router and finished shaping the blade.<br><br><img src="uploads/3/seven.jpg" height="800" width="600" border="0" /><br><br>Put it together without the safety trigger and adjust the first and second stage making sure it is smooth and free moving.<br><br><img src="uploads/3/eight.jpg" height="800" width="600" border="0" /><br><br>Finished product.<br><br><img src="uploads/3/nine.jpg" height="800" width="600" border="0" /><br><br><br>I put the gun back together and tested it. It now has a nice smooth action and a good short first stage and crisp second stage. All in all very happy with the result and im sure my customer will be very happy as well.<br><br><br>]]>

This time i thought i would take some photos and show you the work that is involved making one of these.<br><br>I started off with a blank bit of flat alloy bar<br><br><img src="uploads/3/&#111;ne.jpg" height="600" width="450" border="0" /><br><br><br>next get the router and files out and shape the top end.<br><br><br><img src="uploads/3/two.jpg" height="600" width="450" border="0" /><br><br><br>Next fit it into the trigger and finish shaping it<br><br><br><img src="uploads/3/three.jpg" height="600" width="450" border="0" /><br><br>Thats all for today.
