1300 or so airguns is a lot to dispose of.

Its not a big collector population out there either so anyone wanting to cash in on reselling might come unstuck.

Yeah, missed out on a couple when the collection was first listed, and to see them on Trademe for much more, 2 weeks later, is annoying. But that's life, I guess. I assume you've been spotting Bigspenders listings?? Yes, they tend to be high in price - best to jump on the items of interest when you see them if they are what you are after.. Some from Andy are very well priced but not too cheap, some are under, some are over priced - but to be fair i dont think air guns are not his main interest so hes doing a great job with them. 

About the reselling, im in 2 minds - its cheeky, yes.. but on the other hand, when you understand the sheer size of the collection, listing them all at a cheap price to clear them out would immediately devalue the air gun market for decades!

This is the collection of the late Grant Stace. 
He was indeed quite the collector, im not sure how well he maintained them though so assume they'll need a reseal!

And yes, looks like there'll be a few people getting in trouble
