TX200 after watching Gary Chillingworth, on U Tube, usinghis hunter carbine, decided to tighten up the action screws to an even 1.5newton metres.  Mistake as dam thingwouldn’t cock. Loosened off & it was cocking  but only just, also often the safety wouldn’tengage.

  Had removed the anti beartrap, soreinstalled, caused me grief, as gun now loaded but couldn’t release lever, notenough movement of the anti beartrap lever. The  answer was to file down & reslot the tinyscrews. At this point I put it back in the safe & said out loud I’vehad enough of you today.

 Hour or 2 later bored I was back at it so the next mistake I played withthe 2 trigger adjustments, now wouldn’t cock again, reset them back wow, small movementsmade a huge different, went from a 5 lb trigger to not cocking in a heartbeat,tricky being a 2 stage trigger.

Now all back and working as itshould, what a mission.
