Pcp is much better set up for mag.

Beeman vaporizer : Your going to get wounding shots....

You dont have impact for shock to play a vital role if the poi is affected. Though having said that its more of exception if you know your gun.
Look at ways of having a second pellet on hand, be it a stick on pellet holder,an easy accessable pocket with a couple of loose pellets. I use a bit of camp sleeping mat cut to fit the tin and melt holes in it with a soldiering iron. About 10 to 15 pellets for the reload tin so i can leave the lid off in my pocket and just reach in and pull one out. seems to hold them in fine. Then a larger tin multi layered, done the same but closer together to refill the reload tin.
Stops pellets being damaged and there is no sound of pellets moving. Carry about hundred pellets this way.
Practice reloading on the move as well. I can cover 30m while reloading a break barrel, less with the under lever as have to stop to get pellet in.
It gets you on in a better position for follow up shot if critter is down but not dead, or if its moving keeps you on it.
It needs to be practiced though or you'll damage the pellet trying to get it in.

Air guns will do you well if your an accuracy nut. Thats what they are about. It dont have anywhere near that fps and drop rabbits quite happily. My biggest surprise was that 14.66gr when run over the chrono and thru chair gun out preformed the 16gr i switched to for fpe and drop. 18gr blitzed both.
Guess the 16gr added enough weight to affect fps but not enough to to improve the fpe to any great degree.
Was bit of an eye opener.
Theres pics on the site of a goat shot with a springer and couple of wallaby shot with air rifle as well.
