So after running over my shooting data ph with the car (slight misshap)
I downloaded chairgun elite.
It has a dial screen with target and dial on it, which is very visual and much better for my style of learning. So entered relative data and was hell suprised how much more accurate it would be over hold over.
So set up to have a crack at rabbits from shooting sticks last night. One appeared and i used sytong to range find then went to dial. By time had turned on light to dail and made adjustment,the rabbit had moved and distance was diffent, repeated process by which time rabbit had ducked behind wood pile.
Though i can see it being great during day light does anyone dial at night? Using hold over i would have got a shot off.
Ive also noticed that our two resident pest controllers on the site use night vision,with ballistic apps that give hold over.
So is it worth me persisting with dialing at night? Does anyone do it?
