I will fix that for you now. that was a new feature i added a couple of weeks ago because of the scam users were signing up and trying to scam people. I will change your group status and you will have that option.

When I registered it said I had to get 40 points before I can PM so maybe that's why it's not there. That would be because it doesn't look like its there.
Try the member control panel and see if it gets you somewhere.
If not, I'm not sure. Does some wierd things at times. Nunga's upgrading the site this weekend.
