we put a link in the NZAFTA newsletter for this forum, bit of free advertising so to speak, and digit has put a link for this one as well.
ive listed it on FB , but things like this usually start slow, digits one took ages but now its going along nicely

The issues I have seen with the site all relates with disk space, which looks like they have run out of.

Saw it up, with the same issues you mentioned. Also the PM function drops you off as well.
Change the system I say, PhPbb can get a bit weird at times, where something like SMF (plugin Based) can be ultra smooth and easy to setup/maintain. 
AlanS is doing good and unthanked work on it though, and Im sure that everyone appreciates his efforts. 
end of the day though, if it aint workin, people go somewhere else
